Delegate Shott moved to amend the Committee Substitute on page  45,  line 89, after the words “considers appropriate.” by inserting the following words

“An individual may ask a person on campus if they have a concealed carry permit, but that individual has no obligation to answer.  However, a person is required to reveal their permit status on campus if asked by a law enforcement officer, including campus law enforcement.”
